We will only accept a return if the item is in the same condition as when it was delivered. The delivery driver will ask you to inspect the item and agree it's condition. Any returns will have to be prior arranged with ourselves. Please note, refunds will be given but minus the items return costs. Please also note that delivery will be to your door and not 'into property', therefore ensure someone is home to sign for the item as any re-delivery will incur additional costs
